Caregiver Coaching

1:1 virtual sessions designed to give caregivers confidence and tools for daily life.

  • Education & Training

    Teaching safe transfer techniques (bed, chair, toilet, car).
    Demonstrating proper body mechanics to prevent caregiver injury.
    Explaining how to use adaptive equipment (grab bars, walkers, shower chairs).

  • Problem-Solving Together
    Helping caregivers adapt the home environment for safety and independence.
    Brainstorming strategies for daily routines (bathing, dressing, meal prep).
    Coaching caregivers to break down overwhelming tasks into manageable steps.

  • Emotional Support
    Normalizing caregiver stress, burnout, or feelings of being overwhelmed.
    Guiding them on balancing safety with client independence.

  • Ongoing Coaching Model
    Scheduled follow-ups (virtual).

    Available for email support for 6 weeks after initial meeting

    Investment: $275 per 45 minute session
    Packages: 3 sessions for $825 | 6 sessions for $1,500

Home Safety Coaching

A virtual home walkthrough and personalized plan to prevent falls and improve independence.

  • Video-based tour of your home (Zoom/Google/etc.)

  • Safety risk checklist + written recommendations

  • Adaptive equipment and home modification guidance

  • Follow-up call to review progress

Investment: $750 flat rate
(includes 60-min walkthrough, safety report, and 30-min follow-up)
